M A Z Construction

M A Z Construction operates out of Apple Valley in San Bernardino County and carries CSLB license #939395, classification B — General Building. At the time this listing was compiled, the license was active with no suspension recorded.

A general contractor’s work is coordination as much as construction: framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, finish carpentry and inspection sign-off all have to happen in sequence, and the general is the one holding that sequence together. Typical jobs run from a single-room addition to a full structural remodel.

Working in the Victor Valley and High Desert: Wide daily temperature swings and steady wind are normal here, and both are hard on exterior materials, sealants and anything that expands and contracts.

Before you hire any general contractor: Ask who is actually pulling the permit. If a contractor asks the homeowner to pull an owner-builder permit on a job this size, the homeowner takes on the liability, and that is a reason to slow down rather than sign.

License status can change at any time. Confirm license #939395 is current, and check bond and workers’ compensation coverage, using the CSLB license lookup before signing a contract or paying a deposit.
