Garage door contractors install new doors and openers and repair existing ones — broken springs, off-track doors, failed openers, damaged panels, and the photo-eye sensors that stop a door on an obstruction.

Working in the Victor Valley and High Desert: Lots run large and many sit outside city limits, so county building requirements and well or septic systems come into play more often than they do in town.

Before you hire any garage door contractor: Ask whether both springs are being replaced. They wear at the same rate, so replacing one usually means paying for a second call-out within the year.

License status can change at any time. Confirm license #887937 is current, and check bond and workers’ compensation coverage, using the CSLB license lookup before signing a contract or paying a deposit.
