Discount Floors INC

Based in Riverside, Riverside County, Discount Floors INC holds California contractor license #907712, classified C15 (Flooring and Floor Covering). The license was active and clear when this listing was compiled.

Flooring contractors install and refinish floor surfaces throughout a home — sanding and recoating existing hardwood, setting tile over a proper mortar bed, floating engineered plank over a moisture barrier, and stretching and seaming carpet.

Working in the Inland Empire: Expansive clay soils are common across the inland valleys, and they move enough with the seasons to matter for foundations, flatwork and anything tied to them.

Before you hire any flooring contractor: Ask whether the subfloor will be moisture-tested, especially over a concrete slab. Slab moisture is the most common cause of a failed wood or vinyl floor, and testing is cheap compared with replacing the floor.

License status can change at any time. Confirm license #907712 is current, and check bond and workers’ compensation coverage, using the CSLB license lookup before signing a contract or paying a deposit.
