Diversified Skills Services

Diversified Skills Services operates out of Yucca Valley in San Bernardino County and carries CSLB license #766977, classification A — General Engineering. At the time this listing was compiled, the license was active with no suspension recorded.

This classification covers projects that cross trade lines — additions, second stories, ADUs, structural alterations, whole-house renovations and post-loss reconstruction. A general contractor can perform or subcontract the individual trades, but the permit and the schedule sit with them.

Working in the Morongo Basin: Wind, sun and wide temperature swings are the defining conditions here, and they drive material choices on roofs, stucco, windows and anything exposed.

Before you hire any general contractor: Ask who is actually pulling the permit. If a contractor asks the homeowner to pull an owner-builder permit on a job this size, the homeowner takes on the liability, and that is a reason to slow down rather than sign.

License status can change at any time. Confirm license #766977 is current, and check bond and workers’ compensation coverage, using the CSLB license lookup before signing a contract or paying a deposit.
